Terms of Service

Last updated: May 18, 2026

Status

PreBLD is in the final stages of pre-launch and the formal Terms of Service are being drafted with counsel. This page is a placeholder so we can honour the “you agree to our Terms” line on the sign-in surface while the formal document is in review.

The interim terms below describe the working agreement that applies to early access users.

What PreBLD is

PreBLD is a software-as-a-service tool that generates Class C feasibility estimates for construction projects. See the full accuracy and liability disclaimer for what the estimates are and what they are not.

Your account

You agree to provide accurate signup information, keep your password confidential, and to be responsible for activity that occurs under your account. PreBLD reserves the right to suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to circumvent tenant isolation, or interfere with other workspaces.

Acceptable use

Don't use PreBLD to: generate estimates you intend to misrepresent as detailed bids; upload drawings you don't have the right to share; attempt to access other workspaces' data; or run automated scraping or denial-of-service traffic against the API.

Data and privacy

How PreBLD handles your data is covered in the privacy notice. The cross-firm learning pool that improves estimate accuracy is documented in detail at /privacy/learning-pool.

Liability

See the disclaimer for the full limitation of liability. In short: PreBLD produces Class C estimates intended for feasibility decisions, not bid documents. Liability is limited to fees paid for the relevant subscription period.

Changes

The formal Terms of Service will replace this page when finalized. Users will be notified by email before any material change to the terms takes effect. By continuing to use PreBLD after a change, you agree to the updated terms.
